The Linda is a wonderful intimate space, perfect for your next event. Located in a beautifully renovated, historic bank building in downtown Albany, New York, The Linda is available for many different functions:

The auditorium can accommodate up to 340 people (depending on the rooms configuration) There is a lobby and a separate reception room that can be used as a private meeting space or preparation area for an event. Though no kitchen facilities are available there is a kitchenette/concession area with microwave, coffeemaker and cooler. The Linda offers state-of-the-art audio/ visual and recording equipment as well as professional engineering staff. See a virtual tour here.

Rental fees:

$1000 for a weekend (Thursday-Saturday) for up to eight hours, with two staff persons.

$800 for a weeknight (Sun- Wed) for up to six hours, with one staff person.

Additional fees may apply depending on the individual event requirements.

All rentals require a Certificate Of Liability Insurance be provided by the renter.

The Linda has a beer and wine license only and does not sell or allow the sale of liquor.

The Linda does not book dance parties, raves or after hours events.
