Claybourne Elder’s “I Want To Be Bad”

March 10 at 7:00 pm 9:00 pm

Broadway’s hunky gay ex-Mormon dad Claybourne Elder (Company, Sunday in the Park with George, Bonnie and Clyde, and HBO’s The Gilded Age) brings his sold-out touring concert to the Capital District for a very special night only show that show that is hilarious, heartfelt and surprisingly filthy.

In a show that’s part cabaret, part stand-up, Clay explores sex, fatherhood, and what exactly happens when you eat the body of Christ. With Clay’s favorite music from Sondheim to the Great American Songbook to Whitney Houston – come see why critics call him “Handsome and intense” (NY Observer), “Tough and tender” (NY Daily News) and “Stupid funny as he is drop-dead buff” (The Wrap).

For those who have enjoyed glimpses of the cast of The Gilded Age taping the series on the streets of Troy, NY, this will be your one-night only opportunity to see Clay perform live in the Capital District.

Can’t make it on Sunday evening? You can also catch Clay in I Want To Be Bad on Saturday night, March 9th at the Old Dutch Church in Kingston, NY. Details and tickets are available at BigGayHudsonValley.com
Doors open @ 6p, show begins @ 7p. Refreshments including alcohol, non-alcoholic drinks & concession snacks will be sold. Please no outside food or beverage.

This show contains adult language and themes. All attendees must be 18+.
