The Linda is a wonderful intimate space, perfect for your next event. Located in a beautifully renovated, historic bank building in downtown Albany, New York, The Linda is available for many different functions:

The auditorium can accommodate up to 200 people depending on the room’s configuration. There is a lobby and a separate reception room that can be used as a private meeting space or preparation area for an event. Though no kitchen facilities are available there is a kitchenette/concession area with a microwave, coffeemaker and cooler. The Linda offers state-of-the-art audio/ visual and recording equipment as well as professional engineering staff.
Rental fees: (subject to change)
$1500 for up to 5 hours, with two staff persons.
$1000 for certified non-profit organizations, Central Avenue BID members and WAMC Underwriters.
Additional fees apply depending on the individual event requirements including:
$150 Bar and/or concession service.
$150 Ticketing services including website listings.
Additional fees may apply and are subject to change.
All rentals require a Certificate Of Liability Insurance to be provided by the renter.
The Linda has a beer and wine license only. Liquor of any kind is not allowed in the facility.
Only The Linda may sell or provide alcohol of any kind in its building, even for private events.
Any events that are open to the general public are subject to evaluation of their quality and standards of The Linda management before being allowed to use the facility.
