He is considered one of the most important guitarists from Argentina. In his music, he incorporates elements of folk, tango, jazz and classical contemporary music. His works have been published in France, Japan, Belgium, Germany, and his music has been interpreted by renowned  world guitarists such as Victor Villadangos, Berta Rojas, Sharon Isbin, Stanley Jordan, Luz Maria Bobadilla, Nora Buschman,Yasuji Ohagi and others.

Sinesi has performed and recorded with  world musicians such as: Dino Saluzzi, Pablo Ziegler, Juan Falu, Charlie Mariano, Markus Stockhausen, Joe Lovano, Enrico Rava, Erling Kronerand the Metropol Orchestra among others. He was awarded a Latin Grammy in 2005 with Pablo Ziegler and Walter Castro and nominated for the same award in Germany 2008. He has recorded the Double Concert for Guitar and Bandoneon by Astor Piazzolla  with the Philarmonike Orchestra of Radio Berlin. As soloist, he has performed in numerous festivals and concerts in: Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Bolivia, Paraguay, Colombia, Mexico, USA, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, England, Turkey, Greece, Korea, Croacia and Japon.

In 2010 releases his album “Cuchichiando” with works by Gustavo “Cuchi” Legizamon, with excellent reviews from the press.

In 2012 makes his first tour in Japan with Carlos Aguirre and then with Hikaru Iwakawa. Some of their live concerts in Japan in the “Sense of Quite” Festival were released in CD in this country. He record the CD -Avantgarde Buenos Aires- for Acqua Records , with Walter Castro, Horacio “Mono” Hurtado and Facundo Barreyra. Realesed a new recording in Germany with Michel Godard (Tuba), Helena Ruegg (Bandoneon) for the Enja Records label.

In 2013 he was invited to participate in the prestigious -International Guitar Night- to represent Argentina, sharing the stage with renowned world guitarists like Brian Gore (USA) Mike Dawes (UK) Pino Forastiere (Italy), and in 2014 with the same project completed  an extensive tour playing in the best halls of the United States.

In 2014, he recorded in Japan with Hikaru Hiwakawa (Quenas and flutes). His most recent solo album  was edited in Japan as a double CD entitled “7 Dreams” & “Family”.

Also participated in two recordings nominated for the Latin Grammy in 2014: “Metropol Orchestra meets Tango” and with Pablo Ziegler “Nostalgias”.

In 2015 is published in Germany the album “Desperate Dance” Pablo Ziegler & Quique Sinesi + special guest: Walter Castro, followed by an extensive new European tour. Participates as a soloist at the International String Festival 2015 Hohenau (Paraguay).

In 2016, he is invited to the International Guitar Festival in Saltillo (Mexico), and the International Guitar Festival in Mexico City.
